Greater Sydney Parklands
Xyst was engaged by Greater Sydney Parklands to conduct condition assessments and collect asset data in Centennial Park.

This project aimed to evaluate the current state of the Baw Baw Shire parks, identify discrepancies in asset provision, and recommend improvements to align with established service levels.
Mount Alexander Shire Council
Developed a prioritised program to guide future program planning and long-term budgeting for playground renewal and improvements across the Shire.
