Xyst was engaged by Greater Sydney Parklands (GSP) who required a single contractor to complete arboriculture maintenance across the Greater Sydney Parklands’ network including;
- Western Sydney Parklands
- Parramatta Park
- Callan Park
- Fernhill Estate
- Centennial Parkland
To facilitate this process Xyst produced a suitable procurement plan, contract and tender documents and managed the release of the open tender to suppliers.
Once tender proposals had been received, Xyst compiled submissions and assisted Greater Sydney Parklands as they evaluated responses against the non-price and price attributes. The appropriate contractor was then identified to enter negotiations with.
