Clyde Holiday Park Lease

Xyst was engaged by Central Otago District Council to manage the transition of Clyde Camp’s lease. We developed a new long-term lease agreement encouraging investment in infrastructure such as cabins, toilets, and online booking. We prepared advertising materials, evaluated registrations of interest, and supported the selection of a new leaseholder. Xyst also liaised with stakeholders including the current camp manager, permanent tenants, and local sports clubs. They identified maintenance needs, assessed personal assets on-site, and helped formalise the final lease agreement.

Project Benefit

Xyst developed a new lease agreement and ran a procurement process to find a new tenant for the Council owned holiday park.
